As you grow up and graduate, depending on many of these factors, your insurance may change. We are here to help ease the transition and help answer some complicated questions.

As you transition from high school to university, work, or other things, substances become more and more available. Substance abuse is a serious health concern, as it not only can impact your physical and mental health, but also the health of those around you.

Sexual Health becomes an increasingly important topic during the transition out of High School. Sexual health impacts many aspects of your everyday life, and it is important to stay healthy to protect yourself and others.

Whether you currently take medication or not, continuing prescriptions as you move away from home or away from your usual provider can cause questions. Medication can be a very important aspect to many people's daily lives, and feeling comfortable in how to maintain this use is important.

Emergency situations are an almost inevitable health concern that comes with all aspects of life. However, handling these situations as they come without the guidance of parents or guardians and knowing what to do in emergency situations is extremely valuable as you transition out of high school into adulthood. 

Mental health covers a wide variety of health concerns, from depression to eating disorders. Maintaining a healthy mind throughout school and beyond is incredibly important for success and your wellbeing.
